We practice fair labour practices and promote safe and promoting human rights throughout our supply chain. We are committed to fair wages, safe & hygienic working conditions, and the well being of our employees.
Regenerative Organic Practices
Our foremost priority is not just to minimise our ecological foot print but to regenerate nature. We actively collaborate with our cotton farmers to follow Regenerative Organic Farming practices to produce our cotton. Our farming group is one of the earliest ROC certified producers for cotton. With unwavering focus on soil health, bio-diversity and farmer fairness, we feel it’s the best option to restore the ecosystems and communities.
Along the value chain, from Zero liquid discharge to renewable energy to innovative waste reduction practices, we continuously strive to reduce our carbon footprint and we share the information transparently with our customers.
Community Engagement
As a responsible business, our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our immediate operations. We actively engage with our farmers and with local communities to develop them into self sustaining community. Our initiatives includes building training centres for the farmers, supporting school infrastructure to reduce school drop out rate, farm improvement trainings etc.,

Our 2700 small-scale regenerative organic farmers from Chetna Organic Farmer Association are key partners in our team. Our long term collaborative partnership ensures fair price for their produce, and support their growth and community development. Their contribution to our value chain is not just limited to providing us good quality cotton but the lessons they share on harmonised living, innovations and business ethics are immeasurable.

Comes from family of small scale cotton farmers and has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in sustainable apparels. Devised and implemented sustainability strategies for some of the pioneering brands in Europe. Holds an engineering degree in Textiles and MBA from London Business School. With steadfast commitment to deliver sustainable impact to small scale cotton farmers and textile workers, he continues to lead the change towards a greener and more socially responsible fashion landscape, leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.
Throughout his illustrious career, spanning 25 years, Swadeep has forged invaluable relationships with multiple international brands, offering them tailored and sustainable solution to meet their unique needs. His deep understanding of apparel supply chain and expertise in product development, had helped him to navigate the complexities of global fashion market and earned him a reputation for reliability and excellence.
An accomplished and empathetic General Manager with more than 15 years of invaluable experience in garment production. Throughout his career, Raj has cultivated a reputation for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, where the welfare of the workforce is paramount. With an acute understanding of the intricacies of garment production, he has streamlined processes and implemented innovative strategies to optimise efficiency without compromising on worker safety or welfare.
An individual with an unwavering passion for art and a remarkable career as a fashion design expert, having accumulated over 16 years of experience collaborating with renowned international and domestic brands in various roles, holds a degree in Apparel and Fashion Designing from NIFT.
With more than 25 years experience in quality and process management, Prasad over see the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality management systems. He holds an engineering degree in Textiles and Post Graduate diploma from NIFT.
